INCIDENTS: Once your order is delivered, we advise you to verify that everything is correct and in perfect condition. If you do not agree with the delivered product or its condition, indicate on the carrier's delivery note the possible anomalies it may have upon receipt.

RETURNS: All items can be returned within 15 days. The item must be returned correctly packaged as it was received and in perfect condition (return costs on the buyer's part). We are responsible for the order arriving in perfect condition. In the event that there is any incident in this regard, notify us when you receive it, the costs of collection and forwarding to replace the purchased item will be borne by BTF Escalera.
