DELIVERY TERM
The vast majority of our products are delivered within 48 hours. In each article we detail the delivery time. The fixed delivery times are working days, not calendar days.
Delivery times are estimates and may be altered by charges unrelated to BTF-Escaleras.
Failure to deliver will not be considered if the order has been delayed because of the client or if we could not locate the buyer with the information provided.
CONCERTED DELIVERY
Arranged delivery on request. Simply call us and agree on a coordinated delivery date with the carrier.
FAILURE TO DELIVERY
We will try to deliver the order twice to the address that you have indicated. If after these two attempts the delivery is not possible we will contact you to be able to give a solution.
If after 10 days we are not able to contact you, we will understand that you wish to withdraw from the contract and we will consider it terminated.
We will refund the price paid. In this case, we will deduct from the return the expenses caused by the transport and by the termination of the contract.
CLAIMS FOR TRANSPORTATION DAMAGE
We are responsible for the order arriving in perfect condition. In the event that there is any incident in this regard, notify us when you receive it, the costs of collection and forwarding to restore the purchased item will be borne by BTF-Escaleras. Claims for damage and/or breakage of merchandise caused during transportation must be notified (according to the transportation agency's regulations) to BTF-Escaleras within 24 hours of receipt of said merchandise so that the claim can be dealt with and the problem fixed. For manufacturing defects, the repair time is the warranty time.
